Unable to save snapshot or multishot
When trying to save any image from GLC using a multishot feature, I always get error message saying only that error occurred while trying to save a picture file. When trying to save a single shot, I get not error message but also any image. Running the last version (no installer) 2.2.0 on Win XP PRO SP3.

any ideas what can be wrong?

thanks

I'm not sure but I think that the problem come from the driver of your Graphic cards.
Can you post a Capture of the GLC_PLayer Screenshot Dialog :

To take snapshot, GLC_Player test if "frame Buffer" (Like a virtual Screen) is supported. If yes, this frame buffer is used. But, I have already notice that with intel Graphics, the driver tell that frame Buffer is supported, but in fact it's not :( And the captured image is empty.
To be sure, I need to see your screenshot Dialog.

Thanks,
I took a screenshot and it looks like yours. I currently using my laptop, so I can later do some testing on my machine with nVidia card. However, I also would like to solve this as Intel graphics are widely used and as I wanted to use GLC Player to be redistributed with our scientific research results.

I can add an Option to deactivate frame buffer usage...
But the resulting image quality will be lesser.

Ok,
it would be nice. thanks :D

PS: do not know, if this information is useful for you, but I am able to render my 3D models via OpenGL in Anim8or V0.97 Preview. But have no idea how the rendering works there.

I think that Anim8or use software rendering to create images, GLC_Player use hardware rendering.

I have just modify GLC_Player code and publish it on the SVN.
If usage of frameBuffer failed, GLC_Player use a simple ScreenGrab.
